My order hasn't arrived.... where could it be?

Please bear in mind that our production times are estimates. At peak holiday times we may occasionally slightly run over our estimated timescales. We would usually email you should there be a major issue, please check your spam folder in case you've missed our email.

Remember that the Royal Mail timescales are also subject to slight delays.

 

Who will be delivering my parcel?

In most cases it will be delivered by Royal Mail. If in the future we introduce larger or more specialist gifts, we will use a third party Courier.

 

Can I add to an existing order?

Unfortunately, our system cannot accomodate order additions once the order has been confirmed.

You would need to create an additional order.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

Should you wish to change your delivery address, please email us quoting your order number. We would be able to alter the address if the item has not been despatched and will advise you accordingly.

 

I ordered a number of products and a few are missing?

In most cases we will despatch multiple items together. In this very rare instance we would contact you and advise of a completion date, and ask for your instructions.

 

What happens if I'm not home when the parcel is delivered?

The Royal Mail will usually leave you a card stating where the parcel has been left. It can usually be your local sorting office. Remember you can add special delivery instructions on your order.

 

Can you deliver outside the UK?

We currently only mail to The Republic Of Ireland & The Channel Islands. The checkout summary should show this. Please see our Delivery Information section.

 

Can I deliver to more than one address?

Unfortunately we can only deliver to one address. Please create separate orders for each destination address.

 

Can I send a gift directly to a recipient?

You can add the recipients address into the delivery address field. There would be a delivery note enclosed which includes the delivery address, however this does not show the price(s).

 

I think I've made a mistake on the personalisation?

Our system generates the artwork exactly as you've input it so unless you inform us immediately we cannot effect changes. Please see our Contact Page for our telephone number in this event.

 

Does my message have to be in English?

At the moment our system only supports English, however what you see is what you get on the preview screen. Special characters may not work in certain circumstances.

 

There isn't enough space for my text?

In most cases the text will re-size into the space provided. In certain cases (such as the Mugs & Coasters) you can resize the text to suit. Please look at the result on screen carefully to make sure you're happy!

 

How do I return an item?

Unfortunately, since our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order up to 1 hour after placing it. Please phone us quoting your order number.

 

Do I need to create an account to order?

Nope. You can order as a guest, however registering will make your future purchases easier, and by signing up to the newsletter we can advise you of new products and discounts!

 

I've ordered but not had a confirmation email?

Please check your spam email folder because sometimes our emails can end up in there!
